1st - Agreement:
The trademark owner ("Assignor") and the buyer ("Assignee") complete and sign the Trademark Assignment Agreement, which is the foundation of the trademark transaction & the ownership transfer.

4th - Completion:

Upon completing the ownership transfer, as the new owner, you need to designate a new representative to manage your trademark properly. Alternatively, if you reside in the USA, you can designate yourself as the associated representative by creating a USPTO.gov account and completing the settings, a process that typically takes only a few minutes (the guidance is available upon request).
